I co-founded two companies before turning 30. Both failed. Both taught me more than any success could. How to stay calm in uncertainty, how to make decisions with incomplete data, and how to build systems that hold when everything around them moves. I'm not the person you call when it breaks. I'm the one who makes sure it doesn't.

Pharmacies deserved better than what the industry gave them. I built the brand from zero, designed the product range, launched pharmacy and e-commerce distribution, and structured a seed round pitching BAs and VCs.
Polybase Plastics
Built the commercial and operations engine from scratch. Developed a network of partners, suppliers and clients across Europe and Asia, designed the processes and logistics to make it all scale. €5M ARR.
Apple
Where it all started. At Apple I learned that great technology means nothing if it doesn't feel simple, human, and meaningful. That mindset never left.
